Offering highly competitive base and incentive compensation packages, the program is intended to further professionalize the Cultural Resource Management industry while providing highly qualified field leaders with great opportunities for career advancement.
While implementing our established field methods, the Ambassadors demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills on our field projects and are encouraged to provide feedback that enhance our efficiencies.
With so many compelling and innovative projects, both ongoing and in the pipeline, we are preparing to facilitate rapid mobilization to these locations. Therefore, we are searching for participants who are committed and passionate about PaleoWest and Cultural Resource Management. Participants will undertake a diverse range of responsibilities, expanding their skillset on a regional and national scale.
Our Ambassadors also form an integral part of our company-wide social media strategy, sharing photos and videos from PaleoWest projects to offer a unique and engaging perspective to our followers.
