Jonielle Dedman, Chief Executive Officer

Jonielle Dedman is a strategic, results-oriented executive with experience in profit and loss, operations, and sales leadership. Prior to joining Chronicle Heritage, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Equipment Management Service and Repair (EMSAR) and held leadership roles at Haag-Streit USA and Otis Elevator. Dedman has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.

Steve Karacic, President

Dr. Steve Karacic is focused on expanding the firm’s global presence and delivering exceptional results to clients worldwide. Dr. Karacic is responsible for high-level project oversight, vision, and execution, ensuring that Chronicle Heritage’s services and deliverables address our clients’ needs. Steve earned his Ph.D. and M.A. in Classical and Near Eastern Archaeology at Bryn Mawr College and his B.A. in Latin at DePauw University.

At Chronicle Heritage, Gordon leads strategic planning and innovation across the company’s portfolio. Passionate about empowering teams and driving sustainable impact, Gordon brings a proven track record of leadership in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Chronicle Heritage, Gordon spent 15 years in various leadership positions at leading IT firms.

Jim Silvestri is an accomplished financial executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across multiple industries. At Chronicle Heritage, he uses his skills in negotiation, cash flow, business planning, ADP Payroll, and analytical skills to ensure the future financial success of the company. Silvestri holds an MBA focused on Banking & Finance from Dowling College.

Angela Perri, Regional Vice President - International

Under Dr. Angela Perri’s leadership, the International Heritage division has completed dozens of major projects on behalf of its clients in the Middle East and built a dynamic team of heritage consultants from over a dozen countries around the world. Perri joined Chronicle Heritage in 2021 as Team Lead for the Nevada Office. She holds a Ph.D. in Archaeology from Durham University and a B.A. in Anthropology from Portland State University.

Kye Miller, Regional Vice President - East

Kye Miller, RPA, is a cultural resource management executive with almost 20 years of experience across public and private sectors. He leads eastern domestic operations with a focus on strategic leadership, business development, and efficient and quality project execution. Miller brings a career-spanning perspective—from field technician to senior executive—shaping high-performing teams and delivering impactful results. His commitment to operational excellence and heritage preservation ensures meaningful outcomes for clients and communities alike.

Ted Roberts, Regional Vice President - West

Ted Roberts, RPA, has nearly 25 years of archaeological consulting experience across the country, serving as Principal Investigator and senior lead on hundreds of cultural resource projects for clients including the BLM, USFS, NPS, and DOD. At Chronicle Heritage, Roberts provides West regional leadership and collaborates on high-impact projects nationwide. He is a Secretary of the Interior-qualified archaeologist and historian and is a widely respected leader in the cultural resource management field.
